Push alerts

The phone view is a check-in surface, not a terminal: top edges, one tap through to the venue, and push when —

• an edge crosses your threshold
• a fresh balloon profile moves a forecast ≥0.5°
• obs cross a bucket boundary near the peak
• a position’s fair value drops below entry

Delivery isn’t wired on the public site — there are no accounts to deliver to. The toggles in Settings record your preference, and /v1/stream pushes the same events over SSE today.
