Push alerts

The phone view is a check-in surface, not a terminal: top edges, one tap through to the venue, and push when —

• a net-of-fee edge crosses your threshold
• an edge you were shown collapses or gets flagged
• obs cross a bucket boundary near the peak

Delivery isn’t wired on the public site — there are no accounts to deliver to. The toggles in Settings record your preference. /v1/stream carries edge-change and observation events over SSE today; the other alert types are not on the stream yet.
